Previte’s Marketplace has proudly served the South Shore since 1963. Family owned and operated for over 60 years, our business was built on a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and food we’d proudly serve our own family. At the heart of Previte’s is our full-service butcher shop, known for expertly cut meats, personalized service, and the standards that have defined our reputation for generations.
Surrounding our butcher shop is a carefully curated marketplace. Our popular deli and sandwich counter features generously sized sandwiches on fresh baked bread, daily specials, and classic comfort foods. Prepared foods and catering continue to grow, with hot lunches served daily and Italian-American–inspired entrees made from homemade recipes. We also offer quality-focused produce, fresh baked breads, a growing cheese selection, specialty grocery imports, floral offerings, and a line of trusted private label sauces, marinades, and seasonings.
In addition to our retail markets, Previte’s operates a USDA-inspected facility producing marinated chicken, beef, and pork sold throughout New England. We are proud to be an official licensee of Certified Angus Beef®, with products available in Market Basket and Roche Brothers supermarkets.
