Beyond Our Stores
What started as a neighborhood butcher shop has grown into a wholesale manufacturing operation that supplies grocery stores and foodservice distributors throughout New England. We manufacture a line of premium marinated chicken, beef, and pork items in our USDA-inspected facility.
We’re especially proud of our official licensing agreement with Certified Angus Beef®, which allows us to produce marinated beef products using the finest CAB® beef. You can find our products in major retailers including all Market Basket and Roche Brothers supermarkets.
